You guys know I’m a sucker for a good comforting soup recipe…especially when it’s NEGATIVE EIGHT DEGREES outside. I never knew my car would show negative degrees until yesterday. Not sure I’m happy to know that or not.
Anywho, I made this beef and veggie soup for dinner last night and it was a total hit! Wanted to share it with you guys because it’s super easy and is also great for little ones! Benji ate. it. up!

Brown the beef and onion.;2. Add the carrots, celery, tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, broth and all of your spices. I added a little water too to thin it out a little because I added extra veggies!;2.
